Bench Queue:
Thank you for getting on the bench queue!  The given wait time is an estimate only, and can be affected by unforseen repair needs of the instruments in the shop.  At this time, we don't require an in person assessment to get on the bench queue, so it is difficult to forsee what the repair needs are, thus how long they will take.  When the instruments in front of yours have been completed, we'll ask you to bring your instrument in for the work.   Please resist the urge to "check in," as responding to these messages takes us from our mindful work at the bench.
